SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Please make sure your address is correct that you fill out during checkout. Please double-check before your place your order! Once your order is placed, it cannot be refunded or returned for ANY REASON.
We are NOT responsible if you place the wrong address at checkout. To change the address before the order is sent out, you must purchase another shipping label. If the order is already shipped out, then there is nothing we can do.

If your order was marked DELIVERED according to the tracking, and you did not receive it, please get in touch with your local post office or ask your mailman. We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages.

If your box or order comes damaged then please contact the post office. All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office manhandling our packages. We do our best to protect our products during shipping and quality check all shipments before being shipped.

We ship all of our packages through USPS, so our packages will be delivered with your daily mail. If you have any questions about your delivery once it has been shipped, then please contact your local USPS with your tracking number and they can further assist you. Once your order has shipped we see the same exact thing that the customers do.

Processing time for all orders is currently 3-4 days (this does not count Holidays and may be longer during Big Sales, Black Friday, or the Holidays.)

We do not make up the shipping rates or make anything off shipping. USPS calculates the shipping, and all the money goes to the post office. We tried to find the most reliable and cheapest shipping option out there, and USPS seems to be the best choice for our business.
Return & Exchange Policy

If for some reason your order is returned back to us you will receive a refund for the MERCHANDISE ONLY. Shipping was already paid for when the order was sent out. This includes if you accidentally put the wrong address, forgot to put your apartment number, or were not home to receive the package.

NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email us. If it is an error on Dream Ann Cosmetics part, we will be sure to correct it!

NO EXCHANGES! If there is an issue with your order you have 24 hours from the time it was delivered to send a description of the order with picture or video proof and your order number. As mentioned in the shipping policy, we can not control any shipping issues and that should be handled through the post office.

We are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions! This includes lashes and lash glue. All of our lash products have been worn by numerous people and tested over periods of time and no one has had any bad reactions so far. If you notice any irritation after using any of our products, please discontinue use immediately.
