• A Solid Technical Setup: A stable presentation is everything. We require all guests to place their phone, tablet, or camera on a tripod or a fixed, stable surface. Hand-held filming or walking around during the interview is a no-go!

• Great Lighting & Audio: Your story deserves to be seen and heard clearly. We look for guests who can set up in a quiet, indoor space free of background noise, sitting face-forward toward a good light source (like a window or a ring light).

• Unfiltered Authenticity: Bring your real self. Our audience values honesty and raw perspectives above all else.
