Packaging: Our lashes come with a slide out case with a holographic background making them easy to travel with and store. The case is not a flimsy plastic, its a hard durable plastic so you can reuse the case for future storage and there is also a plastic lash tray included that the lashes come on. They are made to fit all eye types and can be trimmed to fit your preference. Our lashes are perfect for a dramatic bold look for your next date night or great for a everyday cat eye.
How to apply our lashes:
- Size the lashes. Before gluing the lashes on, you will need to make sure they are not too wide for your eye. Hold the lash strips up against your eyelid, and trim them down on the sides if necessary with scissors.
- Apply a thin layer of the lash adhesive to the lash band, and wait about 15 seconds
- Position lashes just above your natural lash line. Bring the strip down from above, not the front so that way you can ensure you get as close as possible to your natural lash line.
- If you are having trouble with placing your lashes and putting them on, then we recommend checking our our false eyelash applicator tools. We offer two different options to help any false eyelash beginner put eyelashes on like a pro!
- This is not required but if you want to achieve a more natural look you can add a coat of mascara to blend your natural lashes with your false lashes We recommend using a black, brown, or dark grey mascara.
- Simply remove by carefully pulling the external edge of the eyelashes. If eye irritation occurs, discontinue use.

If for some reason your order is returned back to us you will receive a refund for the MERCHANDISE ONLY. Shipping was already paid for when the order was sent out. This includes if you accidentally put the wrong address, forgot to put your apartment number, or were not home to receive the package.

NO EXCHANGES! If there is an issue with your order you have 24 hours from the time it was delivered to send a description of the order with picture or video proof and your order number. As mentioned in the shipping policy, we can not control any shipping issues and that should be handled through the post office.

All of our lash products have been worn by numerous people and tested over periods of time and no one has had any bad reactions so far. If you notice any irritation after using any of our products, please discontinue use immediately.

If your order was marked DELIVERED according to the tracking, and you did not receive it, please get in touch with your local post office or ask your mailman. We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages.
If your box or order comes damaged then please contact the post office. All of our packages come with insurance for up to $100. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office manhandling our packages. We do our best to protect our products during shipping and quality check all shipments before being shipped.
We ship all of our packages through USPS, so our packages will be delivered with your daily mail. If you have any questions about your delivery once it has been shipped, then please contact your local USPS with your tracking number and they can further assist you. Once your order has shipped we see the same exact thing that the customers do.
Processing time for all orders is currently 3-4 days (this does not count Holidays and may be longer during Big Sales, Black Friday, or the Holidays.)
We do not make up the shipping rates or make anything off shipping. USPS calculates the shipping, and all the money goes to the post office. We tried to find the most reliable and cheapest shipping option out there, and USPS seems to be the best choice for our business.
